{Muffin Tin Monday}Let's Rodeo, San Antonio

It's time for a lighter blog post and thankfully Muffin Tin Monday is here for that! Since my oldest daughter Brie was ill, in and out of hospital's and doctor's offices this week we were unable to attend the Rodeo on Friday. Instead, I made this "Let's Rodeo, San Antonio" muffin-tin-meal! It certainly doesn't compete with real cowboys, stock animals and carnival rides--but there is always next Friday for that!

  • Cowboy hat Hebrew National Salami and crackers
  • Wagon wheel pasta salad
  • Cowboy boot pretzels
  • Fruit salad with cowboy boot picks
  • Texas shaped Sun-Butter and honey sandwich with San Antonio fruit leather star
  • Cheese bites on cowboy boot picks

I also made my Valentine tin tonight. Somehow among the emotional Struge-Weber ciaos I lost a week. Looks like we're all set for next weeks MTM post too!

  1. Another deliciously clever creation. And glad you're finding answers for your Brie's situation. 'Thinking of you, and sending sunflower-bright vibes your way.
