Sweet, Sweet Sun Butter

When you have children with special needs being a mom can be a little more challenging, but it doesn't have to be any less fun. Even though my youngest, Briar, has severe food allergies it doesn't mean she can't eat a kid friendly lunch everyday. All it takes is a few cookie cutters, fresh fruit and a lots and lots of Sun-Butter.

Girly Girl

(Sun Butter & Ritz crackers, Cheese Burrito, Carrots, Hummus, Berries and a Candy Bracelet)

Woodland Lunch

(Sun Butter Fairy House topped with Hebrew National Salami and Cheese, Butterfly Crackers, Green Pepper, Strawberries and Yogurt overed Fruit Chews)

Spring Is On It's Way

(Half Sun Butter Sandwich, Turkey Sausage, Butterfly Crackers, Annie's Cheddar Bunnies, Berries, Green Pepper and Yogurt Covered Fruit Chews)

You see thanks to a great peanut-free product, a little creativity and some inative my girls can enjoy a lunch fit for a princess everyday. Thanks Sun Butter for being on the shelf at my local HEB. And thanks Sun Butter for featuring my lunches on your company website...how cool is that!
