{Muffin Tin Monday} Trees, Leaves & Harvest

It's another Monday, with another Muffin Tin Monday lunch. This weeks theme is Fall, Leaves & Harvest. Unfortunately my creative juices weren't flowing at full force due to a sore throat, but that didn't stop me from attempting my second Muffin Tin Monday.

Outer Column:
  • Grapes on a maple leaf pick
  • Cheese squirrel atop Ritz cracker
  • Candy Corn mini cupcake

Inner Column:

  • Autumn shaped veggie pasta with Italian dressing
  • An acorn pick of deli ham
  • Honeycrisp apple cut into tiny oak and maple leaves

For those of you Muffin Tin friends who asked about the pasta last week, one can find all kinds of seasonal shaped pasta at Cost PlusWorld Market stores. If you have one in your area, be sure to sign up for their free reward club, it's definitely packed with rewards.

  1. This sort of meal is right up my alley. I do so love to graze. Today's lunch at the Sellers: leftover hash browns, a granola bar, some chocolate chips!

But I did make banana pumpkin chocolate chip bread and thought to myself, "I almost feel like Jessica! Except it's not gluten free or anything..."
