{Muffin Tin Monday} Gingerbread Breakfast

We just rolled into town after spending a world-wind weekend at the beach, which means this MTM post doesn't come with much explanation--just a picture.

(Carrot-Ginger Muffin, Gingerbread Pancake, Banana, Yogurt, Scrambled Eggs and Fireplace Munch Mix, Gingercheese Men)
